"Recently, Harper took care of my dad while in the hospital. She is an amazing physical therapist, and she cares about the whole person," said an anonymous coworker wrote in one of her nominations for the BEE Award. Harper went above and beyond to schedule her visits so her coworker could be present, as her father has dementia. "I have no doubt that she does this for all her patients."

"Harper has a great attitude and works so well with her team. She sees everyone as teammates and is very encouraging."

The BEE award was established by Conway Regional's Recruitment and Retention Committee to honor non-nursing healthcare team members who provide exceptional service. Winners receive a hand-carved stone statue called the "Healer's Touch" that symbolizes compassion and caring and a reserved parking spot and cinnamon rolls.
