Personal Emergency Response System

The Conway Regional Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) is a system designed for anyone who may be living alone and considered to be a fall risk. It can also be used for infants, latchkey children, or anyone with medical conditions that may warrant immediate medical assistance or attention.

Personal Emergency Response System services at Conway Regional services a 7-county area including Conway, Cleburne, Faulkner, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, and Van Buren Counties.

How a Personal Emergency Response System works:

1. Summon help

You’re always connected to our 24/7 emergency response centers. With a push of your personal medical alert button, you can get help when you need it. If you have the Fall Detection feature the device can call on its own if it detects a fall, even if you don’t push your button.

2. Hear a reassuring voice

One of our caring, trained emergency response center agents will access your profile and evaluate your situation.

3. Know help is on the way

The emergency response center will contact the person you designate in case of a fall or emergency services, based on your preference, and will follow up with you to confirm that you've received the assistance you needed.
