Home Health

Conway Regional's Home Health Service offers comprehensive care for patients at home. The Home Health team includes physicians, nurses, therapists, nursing assistants, secretaries, and support staff dedicated to your recovery from illness or disability.  

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has rated Conway Regional Home Health with a 4.5-star care rating for the quality of patient care and satisfaction based on patient, family, and caregiver ratings. Our Home Health Team ranked above the national average on 16 out of 17 quality ratings that Medicare & Medicaid measured like daily activities, treating symptoms, preventing harm, and preventing unplanned hospital care 

Patient Qualifications

To qualify for Home Health, your condition must require one or more of the following services: skilled nursing, physical therapy, or speech therapy.

A Home Health representative will explain any eligibility requirements established by your insurer. In most cases, your physician must order home care and establish a treatment plan. You must meet any and all requirements established by the payer of services (Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance companies).

Home Health does not include private-duty (continuous care); most medications and biologicals; custodial care; personal care items; care not deemed medically necessary by a physician; housekeeping; meal preparation; laundry; or care for a patient's children, spouse or house guests.

  • Physical, occupational, or speech therapy
  • Wound/ostomy care
  • Intravenous (IV) therapy
  • Pain management
  • Nutritional services
